The process starts from the entire wheel without rind, to reach the desired size and format thanks to the height of the programmable and easy-to-use disk.
The wheel or the disk is manipulated by means of an electronic axis, which allows the setting of the petals or cubes width.
The double processing head guarantees a high production speed, up to 600 cuts/minute.
The disk diameter ranges from a minimum size of 350 mm up to a maximum size of 450 mm and its thickness ranges from 15 mm up to 50 mm.
Shape speaking, the wheel has a diameter ranging from 350 mm to 450 mm, while its height ranges from 100 mm up to 250 mm.
